Ebata Optometry is looking for a personable individual to join our team!
Our ideal team member must have:
- Experience in an optometric clinic, office or medical setting
- Superior customer service skills, including telephone, typing and communication skills
- The ability to learn new medical software quickly and efficiently
- Attention to detail, organized and ability to plan and prioritize tasks
- Ability to provide positive and energizing patient care while working in a team environment
- Ability to provide impeccable patient care while accurately performing tasks with a strong attention to detail
- Must have a minimum of two COVID-19 vaccinations.
Your role on our team:
- Greeting patients and checking in patients
- Answering phones and communication with patients via phone, text and email
- Booking appointments, confirmation calls, follow up calls with optometry software
- Processing referrals, requests and other medical documents and forms
- Processing insurance claims and other forms of payment
- Assisting the doctor with eye examinations and contact lens and glasses orders
- Performing general clerical, administrative and other office duties
