```Duties:```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
-Market new products we are planning to sell ( Lumber, concrete supplies, Equipment rentals, Landscape supplies)
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving results
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
