Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients within the designated market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
2. Sales Presentation:
- Present products/services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and unique selling points.
- Customize sales presentations based on the client's specific needs and challenges.
3. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business to offer tailored solutions.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable contracts.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective closing strategies.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1. Proven Sales Experience:
- Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
2. Excellent Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
3. Customer-Focused:
