Responsibilities:
1. Manage the subscription-based Wine Club, including onboarding new members
and maintaining accurate member records.
2. Communicate effectively with Wine Club members via phone and email,
addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
3. Use MailChimp to maintain audience and draft newsletters for quarterly wine
shipments, ensuring engaging content and timely distribution.
4. Oversee the processing and shipping of online store orders, coordinating with
fulfillment teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Handle basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, to
support financial operations.
6. Create and distribute newsletters to the general mailing list, promoting winery
events, updates, and special offers.
7. Contribute to social media platforms by drafting and scheduling posts to engage
with the winery's audience.
8. Further general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. High level of computer literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and
confident demeanor.
3. Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic to complete tasks
efficiently.
4. Strong organization, time management and attention to detail.
5. Experience in social media management is an asset.
6. Familiarity with key software platforms such as Blackboxx, Commerce7,
MailChimp, Canva or Illustrator is an asset.
Working Hours: This role is set at 16 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
However, increased availability may be required leading up to quarterly wine shipments.
