Part-Time Receptionist

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, organized receptionist to join our awesome team! This team player will have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, coupled with a proficiency in MS Office. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision will be considered a prerequisite to a successful candidate.

The Receptionist is responsible for recording and directing incoming calls to the Dealership, maintaining office equipment, and assisting with general filling and other office administration duties as assigned by the supervisors.

This is a seasonal, part-timeposition ending August 31st. The hours would be 4pm - 8pm (Monday -Thursday), 10am – 6pm (Saturday), and 12 pm – 4 pm (Sunday), as well as the stat holidays that fall in that time frame.

Duties

- Provides front office reception in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner, including telephone, email, and in-person inquiries

- Directs callers, visitors, and employees to appropriate offices and personnel, and answers general inquiries

- Ensures the boardrooms, reception, general office area, and kitchen are kept neat and organized

- Receives deposits and payments for RV purchases

- Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

- Minimum High School Diploma.

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

- Demonstrates professional demeanor; a positive and friendly “Happy to Help” attitude

- Reliable and the ability to prove excellent time management skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a culturally diverse and sensitive environment and adapting to changing priorities is essential

- Ability to be resourceful, problem solve, take initiative and to re-direct when necessary

- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and maintain a high level of attention to detail
