Part Time - Receptionist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy, self starting individual to join our team here at Field of RV Dreams as a Part-time Receptionist.

Duties:

IDS - Experience preferred but not required.

General Cleaning Duties - coffee bar, clean bathrooms, and garbage's throughout store

Multi-Line Phone System Manager and Intermediate Computer Understanding - creating word doc, excel sheets, etc.

Data Entry and Clerical Tasks - customer info for sales and service

Handling Correspondence - emails, mail and packages

Maintaining Records and Keeping Track of Visitor logs - monitoring customers coming in, and entering info as provided by sales

Managing Appointments - created by sales for sales appointments, or building maintenance.

Customer Service - assisting customer with identifying which department they need and directing them as needed.

Collecting Payments - for deposits and recording info correctly

Social Media Monitoring, and Creating Posts for Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc

Feedback Management - gathering feedback for customers to improve services

Part-time hours, Hours May Change and Vary

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
