Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, providing high quality customer service and team support. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment while gaining valuable experience in the fencing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing information, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed.
• Assist with managing appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings for our sales team.
• Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or reception is preferred.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge with email, google sheets, word and excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Schedule:

• Part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
• Monday to Friday

Salary: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
