Job Description:

Kingsdale Mortgage Centre is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Commission-Based salesperson to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients who may be interested in obtaining their mortgage agent license and joining Kingsdale Mortgage Centre through various channels, with a strong emphasis on cold calling (we provide leads!).
• Educate and Advise Candidates: Provide information and guidance to potential mortgage agents, helping them make informed decisions about joining Kingsdale Mortgage Centre.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with potential agents, ensuring their successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment and sales strategies, and product knowledge to effectively attract and recruit top talent.
• Document and Record: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and sales/recruitment activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Previous recruiting or sales experience, especially in cold calling, is considered a strong asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using technology and CRM software.

A strong desire to succeed and contribute to the growth of Kingsdale Mortgage Centre.

Salary: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
