Embrun Ford is looking to add a Service Advisor to our Service Department team! We are looking for someone who is a people person, someone who stands out from the crowd, and will go the extra mile to make sure each and every customer who comes through our service department leaves completely satisfied with their experience at our dealership!
Responsibilities:
Scheduling service appointments
Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
Helping find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints
Following up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised
Handling phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments
Qualifications:
Experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge Ford and CDK systems is considered an asset
Ability to pay attention to detail
A desire to achieve the best in Customer Service and teamwork
Excellent listening skills
Must be Bilingual (English and French)
