Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Sudbury. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and assist them with inquiries.
• Provide quotes and identify the best deals for customers.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and customers.
• Effectively communicate with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Customer Service or a related field.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and scheduling software is an asset.

Offer:

• Full-time position
• Competitive hourly wage: $18 to $28, depending on experience
