Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong
background in software sales, with a proven track record of generating leads,
conducting market research, closing deals, and achieving sales targets. The ideal
candidate should be adept at leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn for
networking and lead generation. This role demands excellent communication and
organizational skills, with a strong emphasis on delivering effective product
demonstrations to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and stay
abreast of industry trends.
Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms for networking and lead generation.
Sales and Client Management:
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate
how our software solutions can meet those needs.
Effectively communicate product value to prospects through presentations
and product demonstrations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Attend industry events and conferences for networking and business
development purposes.
Sales Targets and Reporting:
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Provide detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in software sales, with a preference for those with
experience in B2B software sales including CRM systems.
Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sales tools for lead
generation and networking.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: $45,000. Base salary plus commission.
Expected first year earnings $100,000. +
Travel within Canada and USA maybe required.
Expected hours: 40 per week.
