```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage the service department's calendar
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Process invoices and handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Process warranty claims
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Filing
-Process venodor invoices and process payments
-Assist supervisor with other accounting duties
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
