Dunes Trailer Sales is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Advisor/receptionist to join our team!
Parts Advisor/Receptionist Position
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive to the store.
- Assist customers with finding the proper RV parts & accessories.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, as needed.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
- Receive and sort parts deliveries. Take inventory and update tracking software.
- Prepare marketing materials, posters, trailer flyers, etc. as requested.
- Prepare documents for trailer sales.
- Ensure washroom area is tidy, presentable, and stocked.
- Clean trailers upon arrival and between showings.
- Minor outdoor maintenance.
Requirements and Skills
- Knowledge of RV parts and accessories an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. photocopiers and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service
- Experience in camping industry or experience owning an RV a plus
- Social media experience a plus

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
