Orangeville Volkswagen is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to train directly under our Volkswagen Master certified parts manager to joint our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Efficiently help customers choose parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality services
Provide customers with information about accessory parts and specials
Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
Organize and fill orders out of the stock
Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes, or daily pickup
Help to stock all new parts on shelves and maintain parts properly and organized at all times
Pick-up and deliver parts and equipment for customers, wholesale customers and suppliers
Deliver the parts to the Collision Centre, as necessary, and distribute them to the Collision Centre Technicians
Deliver parts to wholesale customers
Ensure that the invoice corresponds to the purchase order for each pick-up
Organize and fill orders out of the stock
Tire organization and transport
Cleaning of parts department
Qualifications:
The enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastest growing automotive sales teams in the industry
The aspiration to grow beyond this position
Minimum G2 drivers license
Customer service experience an asset
Good time management skills
Dealership experience in a parts department preferred
Will to train
