Part-Time Server

***Job Summary***

Oji Seichi is seeking a seasonal, part-time Server (from May/June - November). As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests. Your main responsibility will be to greet/welcome guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction. ***Responsibilities***

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders from guests
• Enter orders into the POS system (Lightspeed) accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
• Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
• Process payments accurately
• Cleaning the restaurant after closing

***Skills***

To succeed in this role, you shoudl possess the following skills:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate the guests needs in order to provide excellent guest experiences
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple roles while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of steps of service and restaurant procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing

Salary: $16.55 per hour
