We are currently looking to add a full-time Parts Advisor for Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. The accepted applicant will be expected to demonstrate strong customer service skills with good knowledge of automotive parts while performing in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description and Requirements:
- Assist Parts Manager in daily operations, including but not limited to maintaining inventory and stock levels
- Answer part-related queries, online, over the phone, and in person, and provide efficient, accurate service
- Knowledge of automotive vehicles and parts cataloging systems
- Interact with Vendors for procurement of parts
- Provide parts to technicians and put on work orders accurately and on the correct lines
- Complete required amount of paper work, including matching invoices to packing slips when required
- Valid driver’s license
- Commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations
- Well organized and highly motivated
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of PBS management system considered an asset, but not required
