Payroll Administrator

Inline Group Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Payroll Administrator. This position is based in our Acheson office. Key Accountabilities

· Validate and process full cycle, bi-weekly payroll

· Process employee ROEs, T4s & T4As

· Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations

· Maintain and update employee records in ADP

· Process employee expense reimbursements

· Prepare accounting journal entries relevant to payroll and departmental G/L accounts

· Review and audit payroll reports

· Year End processing and reporting

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll

· Ensure proper employee deductions (RRSP, additional tax, health benefits, etc.)

· Maintain and update the company’s benefit programs

· Ad Hoc data entry and duties as assigned

· Manage WCB reports and payments

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Skills

· Completed an Accounting diploma or degree from recognized institution

· 5+ years of related experience in payroll

· Experience with ADP an asset

· Construction industry experience an asset

· Able to learn quickly

· Strong communication skills

· Organization skills with great attention to detail

· Strong time management skills

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
