Requirements
- A proven, detail-oriented, team player
- 2 years of accounting and payroll experience
- Strong organization skills
- Proficient in accounting procedures and software
- Excellent MS Office abilities
- The ability to meet deadlines through efficient and effective work
Duties Include:
- Payroll Processing & Reporting
- Employee Benefits & Compensation administration
- Month End & Year End Account Reconciliations
- Prepare payroll deduction remittances
- T4 Preparation and reconciliation
- Process documentation relative to the commencement and termination of employees,
- Process payroll forms such as Employee Benefit Plan Applications, Records of Employment (ROE), Revenue Canada schedules and reports and W.C.B. annual returns.
- Other accounting duties as required
