The Vancouver Board of Education (VSB) welcomes applications for the position of:Permanent ELEMENTARY TeachersTOC with B enefits - 1.0 FTE Continuing A Permanent Teachers On-Call (TOC) is a full-time continuing employee who will be placed into long-term temporary positions (i.e. medical, parental leaves etc.), a continuing contract or work day to day in various Elementary Schools.
