Seeking a full-time Office Personal Assistant to Management for main office. We are a rapidly growing company and technology manufacturer with a friendly, energetic work atmosphere. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to : Essential functions and duties Greet and check in guests Answer the front door Handle incoming phone calls Ensure packages and mail are retrieved and routed correctly Coordination and management of Runners Invoicing and filing Order supplies Ensures office, property, studios and facilities are kept clean and organized Coordination with clients and guests Coordination with management Follow safety rules and maintain personal safety and the safety of others including maintaining a clean and safe work area Accurate recording and reporting of information required Follow employee policy within the company Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant is a must Must have an acceptable aptitude score Ability to use a computer Competent in using Word, Excel, Outlook Professional communication skills
