Medical & Personal Assistant

Frida Beauty Bar is excited to be expanding our Frida Fam and looking to bring on an experienced Medical & Personal Assistantat our Marda Loop & Franks by Frida Location.

We are looking for an individual that will be available 3-5 days a week Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a background in Medical & Personal assisting and be able to multitask.

The role of the Medical & Personal Assistant at Frida Beauty bar includes, but is not limited
to, charting on behalf of the nurse injector, preparing the room and maintaining a
professional image of yourself and the clinic.

The following are a highlight of the duties & responsibilities of this role:

• Cart setup for every appointment
• Greet and welcome clients to the clinic bring them back to the room; Take before/ after photos
• Complete client file information before/ after appointment, ensure that client information is accurate and are updated from
• Assist RN with treatment
• Communicate with front desk regarding which treatment was done and
• bring client to front for payment.
• Social media tasks assigned by RN
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Clinic Manager & front desk coverage as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Complete personal tasks assigned by RN.
