Prime Health + Performance is an integrative team of expert personal trainers/ strength + Conditioning Coaches, physiotherapists and kinesiologists who support a culture of working and learning together to achieve a better client experience and outcome. Responsibilities:Provide exceptional exercise prescription services in a 1-1 setting at Kitsilano private facility.
Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized exercise programs for clients
Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and ensure clients are using equipment safely
Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive and supportive environment for clients
Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
Demonstrate leadership skills by setting a positive example for clients and colleagues
Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification (e.g., CSCS,ACE, NASM, ACSM)
-Possession of Professional Liability Insurance & Valid CPR/AED and First Aid
-Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands and schedulesStrong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
-Strong time management skills to effectively schedule client appointments
-Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
-Ability to adapt exercises for clients with different fitness levels or physical limitations
