Personal Trainers at Rumble are energetic, creative, and enthusiastic. As a Personal Trainer at Rumble you will train clients of all levels in boxing fundamentals and strength/conditioning. You will be responsible for working on a team to achieve sales targets and grow a client list. You can work as a team. There is no “I” in Rumble. Personal training at Rumble Boxing is not a one-man sport. We work together as a team to be able to create an all-encompassing training program to cater to each client’s specific needs. We encourage clients to train with multiple trainers.
You are strong (mentally and physically). We require all of our trainers at Rumble Boxing to be able to create their own workout plans tailored to each client’s needs. Trainers are also expected to be able to complete various physical fitness tasks such as running, jumping, squatting and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time.

You must have an internal fire that will drive you to push further than you did yesterday. Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Top notch organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Wealth of knowledge in exercises and all variations.
- Well-versed in conducting sales.
- Must have the ability to work a non-traditional work schedule.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Administer fitness evaluations, orientations, stretching and personal training sessions.
- Establish and maintain a personal training client base according to company standards.
- Instruct and demonstrate proper technique and use of exercise equipment.
- Instruct and demonstrate proper boxing technique
- Providing excellent customer service to each and every Rumble client.
- Conduct sales.
- Attend and contribute to personal training related meetings weekly.
Qualifications:
- Current nationally-recognized Personal Training Certification (preferred)
- CPR/AED certification
- 1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
- 2+ years boxing or martial arts experience (preferred)
