Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients
- Prepare and package medications for distribution
- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies
- Enter prescription information into the computer system
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or technician preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with pharmacy software systems
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:
- Patient care: Provide assistance and support to patients in a compassionate manner.
- Hospital: Familiarity with hospital pharmacy operations and procedures.
- Medication administration: Knowledge of proper medication administration techniques.
- Medical terminology: Understanding of medical terms commonly used in a pharmacy setting.
- Pharmacy technician: Familiarity with the role and responsibilities of a pharmacy technician.
