SalaryWe are looking for a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to work in our small community pharmacy. We are patient-focused and quite busy for a family-owned pharmacy of our size. Located in the heart of Deep Cove, we have served the locals’ pharmaceutical needs since 2010 and have become a fixture of the community.
Therefore we are looking for a longterm team member who works efficiently and accurately under pressure and has great interpersonal skills and communicates well.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- filling prescriptions
- preparing deliveries
- preparing blister packs
- receiving shipping orders
- answering phone calls
- working the register
- helping with front store sales
- inventory receiving and management
- general housekeeping duties
- pharmacist support
- customer service
Work experience in a pharmacy is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time. 5 hours every Saturday plus up to 20 weekday hours (weekday hours are generally flexible to fit your schedule). Pharmacy hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm; Saturdays & holidays 11am to 4pm; closed Sundays.
