PCL Energy is seeking Pipefitter Journeyperson and Apprentices all levelsfor Shutdowns Fort Saskatchewan and Prentiss, AB.
Fort Saskatchewan: Pre-Turnaround start April 29, 2024. Turnaround: May 6 to May 9, 2024 - Subject to change
Prentiss: Turnaround 11-hour shifts May 21 to June 6, 2024 - Subject to change
Day and Night shifts are available
Work Conditions & Remuneration:
- $47.12 per hr. Journeyperson base wage
- Night Shift Premium - $3.00/Hour
- Travel and LOA allowance for Prentiss, AB available for those who qualify
- Pre-turnaround available
- Turnaround up to 13 hours per day - Subject to change
- Opportunity to work both turnarounds back-to-back
- 10% Vacation and Stat pay paid on each pay cheque
- 4% RSP contribution
- 4% Matching Pension
- Must be able to work outside in various types of weather conditions
- Safety training provided
As a Pipefitter for our PCL Energy Edmonton District, you will contribute to our team by:
- Journeyperson certificate or registered apprentice status required
- Having excellent communication skills
- Being able to work in a group or alone
- Being able to take direction
- Being safety conscious and adhering to all PCL safety processes and policies
- Having the qualification and training requirements are dependent on specific work conditions
- Be able to show a negative Drug and Alcohol test
