Reporting to Keeseekoose First Nation Prevention Program Manager. the Prevention Service Worker will be responsible for providing Prevention services and Support to children and their family who have been identified at Risk. The Prevention Service Worker will participate in case planning and integrated services delivery to children, youth and families. The Prevention Service worker functions as a member if the Circle of Care Integrated Service Team supporting families, youth and children in their journey to strong independent and well individuals and families.
