We are a fast-paced Canadian-based injection moulding company growing and looking for people who are excited about their future!

We are looking for PROCESS TECHNICIANS.

Job Duties:

• Startup/ Shutdown
• Troubleshooting
• Continually monitor all processes related to injection moulding machines
• Mold changeover when production requires
• Analyze and resolve any process problems
• Recommend any changes for improved efficiencies to the Production Manager
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills
• perform other duties as directed
• Document and record process changes
• Maintain an organized and clean work area)

REQUIREMENTS for PROCESS TECHNICIANS:

• Must have a minimum of three years of injection moulding experience
• exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.

Educational Requirements:

• An Associate’s Degree in a technical field of study would be considered an asset
• Five years of work-related experience may be substituted in place of a degree
• Work experience combined with current schooling towards a degree It will be considered
