Job Description:

As an Product Manager at Eligeo, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing our suite of products on various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our internal and outsourced development teams, as well as our product partners, to ensure the success and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Customization: Utilize your technical expertise to customize and enhance products on platforms such as SugarCRM, Creatio, monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar offerings.
• Product Strategy: Work closely with our director of marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for our products.
• Product Development: Create and execute a product development roadmap, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
• Collaboration: Engage with internal and external teams, including developers, designers, and product partners, to deliver high-quality products.
• Product Maintenance: Ensure that our products stay up to date and consistent with the latest platform updates and industry trends.
• Product Management: Apply your experience in product management to guide the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery.

Qualifications:

• Technical Background: A strong technical background is essential, with hands-on experience customizing and working with products on platforms like SugarCRM, Creatio, monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar.
• Product Management Experience: Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully managing products.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and sales professionals.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Compensation:

• Annual Base salary between $75K and $90K CAD.
• Bonus program based on achievements and KPI’s.
