- This role will be responsible for defining requirements and delivering features relating to lululemon’s International Ecommerce Acceleration strategy
- Responsible for sizing features in terms of Guest & Business Impact and collaborate with developers, business analysts and vendors to lead feature prioritization & sequencing
- Define metrics for work output within a defined measurement framework and map these to KPIs / OKRs
- Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, industry benchmarks and emerging trends, in collaboration with business stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Assess performance of work output and identify the need to adjust plans and replan work
- 3-5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications with external/3rd party vendors. Up to 2 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience.
- Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)
- Preference for candidates who have experience working on digital/ecommerce products with end users outside North America, on an Agile Scrum team, and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or cross border ecommerce software solutions (e.g. Global-e, eShopWorld)
- Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations.
