Your position
I am currently recruiting a Production Manager for one of my clients, an agri-food company located in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield - Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Ensure that production objectives are met in terms of quality, health and safety, productivity and compliance with standards.
- Implement strategies to improve the company's productivity.
- Define the objectives of your team's stakeholders and oversee the proper management of the appropriate tools.
- Ensure the smooth running of operations to meet safety challenges for your teams
- Act as a true leader in the supervision of your teams, to ensure the continuous improvement of production practices.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve objectives.

Your profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position in the agri-food sector, meat an asset
- AEC, DEC, BAC in process technology, food quality or other relevant field
- Good level of French and English, Spanish an asset
- Knowledge of SQF and HACCP standards
- Experience in managing unionized personnel
-100k - $130k - depending on experience
Live-in position on day shift - Monday to Friday, full insurance, company RRSP, vacation, and other company benefits.
