Production Technician

Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment and machinery to meet production targets
- Package finished products according to quality standards
- Fabricate and assemble components as required
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements and quantities
- Utilize forklift to move materials and products within the facility
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or issues
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency

Skills:
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Forklift operation experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to package and label products accurately
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with the food industry and processing operations
- Ability to sanitize work areas and equipment effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
