The Program Coordinator Opportunity:

Spring is hiring for a new Program Coordinator. Someone who is excited to support our newcomers programs that serve impact focused international entrepreneurs. This is an opportunity perfect for someone who is exceptionally well organized and loves the energy of a startup environment. Your tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Applicant Recruitment & Participant Management

• Coordinate cohort applications and selection, using email marketing and automation tools.
• Support creation and collation of application and data collection instruments to collect appropriate information from applicants/participants.
• Manage communications to applicants and participants, ensuring they have a great experience of Spring throughout their journey with us.

Program Design and Delivery Support

• Primary operational support for the Program Managers including: stakeholder engagement, arranging and external speakers and mentors for each cohort and supporting with program delivery.
• Manage session and event logistics (both in-person and virtual).
• Curate and consolidate program content for online sessions, community groups, and our e-learning platform.
• Create program materials, welcome kits, onboarding packages and other content that continues to improve our programs.
• Engage with participants and partners virtually and in person from application to session delivery to program close and make appropriate follow ups and referrals where necessary.

Impact Measurement

• Collecting and evaluating Key Performance Indicators from programs, participants and marketing tools.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous iteration and improvement
• Capturing participant stories, testimonials and case studies

General Operations Support

• Supporting the operations team and task forces on an ad hoc basis
• Other tasks and duties as requested

• Already experienced with HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and GSuite
• Detail oriented and the ability to manage a diverse array of projects efficiently and effectively
• Exceptionally organized with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities according to changing demands
• Energized by connecting with and supporting people
• A proactive and creative problem solver
• Remote based in Toronto, Ontario

Compensation

• As a full-time employee, competitive salary of $60,000 CAD
• Access to Spring’s Benefits Package including an $800 home office expense allowance, $1,500 professional development budget, and $1,000 health stipend prorated for the year.
• 15 days of paid vacation, 5 personal health days, and 11 BC holidays. We also provide additional days off between Christmas and New Years holidays.
