The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations and Strategic Initiatives of the organization. Serving as a trusted advisor to the top leadership, this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, great collaboration skills and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
   - Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute the organization's strategic goals.
   - Conduct research, analysis and leverage data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Project Management:
-Lead and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
-Establish governance across different initiatives to ensure effective management and outcomes
3. Communication Facilitation:
-Act as a liaison between the leadership team and various departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
-Draft and edit internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership.
4. Meeting Oversight:
-Streamline meetings and identify areas for efficiency improvement.
-Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
6. Collaboration & Problem Solving:
-Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions.
-Work with relevant stakeholders within Canadian organization as well as across NA to identify best practices as well as leverage opportunities.
 
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in (relevant field); MBA or equivalent is a plus.
-Proven experience working with senior management to drive discipline and governance
-Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités :

2. Gestion de projets : 
-Diriger et administrer les projets et initiatives clés, et veiller à ce qu’ils soient terminés dans les délais impartis et avec succès
-Coordonner les équipes interfonctionnelles pour atteindre les étapes et les objectifs du projet.
-Établir la gouvernance de différentes initiatives pour assurer une gestion et des résultats efficaces.
3. Facilitation des communications:
-Assurer la liaison entre l’équipe de direction et les différents services pour garantir une communication claire et l’alignement des objectifs.
-Rédiger et éditer les communications internes et externes au nom de la direction.
4. Supervision des réunions : 
-Uniformiser les réunions et identifier les domaines d’amélioration de l’efficacité. 
-Surveiller les principaux indicateurs de performance et fournir des mises à jour régulières à l’équipe de direction. 
5. Collaboration et résolution de problèmes: 
-Aborder de manière proactive les défis opérationnels et identifier des solutions.
-Travailler avec les parties prenantes de l’organisation canadienne et nord-américaine pour identifier les meilleures pratiques et saisir les opportunités.
 
Qualifications:
-Posséder un baccalauréat en (champ pertinent); un MBA ou une formation équivalente serait un atout.
-Avoir une expérience prouvée de la collaboration avec la haute direction pour favoriser la discipline et la gouvernance.
-Avoir de solides compétences en stratégie, analyse et résolution de problèmes.
-Avoir d’excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
-Avoir une expertise en gestion de programme et être reconnu pour ses succès.
-Être capable de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme effréné.
-Avoir une expérience en direction et une approche collaborative pour travailler avec des équipes diversifiées.
The base salary r
ange for this position is typically $125,000 to $180,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, c
ompensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and 
we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
