Description
Camponi Housing Corp is a non-profit organization who has been committed to providing affordable housing for Mtis and other Indigenous families in Saskatoon for the past 50 years. Camponi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Project Manager in the successful execution of the Hart Road Project a multi-family greenfield housing project. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Event and Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule, plan, and arrange logistics for events and meetings.
- Record, type, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Keep organized records of motions passed at all meetings.
- Follow up on all action items and reporting requirements from meetings.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
- Follow up on all reporting requirements for funding agreements.
- Manage documents related to funding applications.
3. Communication and Branding:
- Continually update the Camponi webpage and social media pages.
- Spearhead efforts to create/update company branding as it relates to project materials and advertisements.
- Monitor community messaging and public opinion related to the Hart Road Project.
4. Logistics and Coordination:
- Coordinate event logistics, including follow-up phone calls and ensuring all details are thoroughly addressed.
- Serve as a liaison to facilitate communication and collaboration with partners for community development initiatives.
- Communicate regularly with project consultants, contractors, and local businesses for partnerships.
5. Support to Project Manager:
- Assist the Project Manager with any other tasks, as required, ensuring smooth project operations.
- Work closely with project consultants to ensure accurate documentation of progress, and coordinate with funding entities for financial disbursements.
