Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with job set up, tracking, analysis, reporting and closing requirements.
Data collection as its relates to project budget and estimate.
Manage multiple projects, priorities, and financial obligations.
Project reporting.
Health and Safety Program, Policy, and Procedures.
Ensures health and safety is considered in the performance of all activities.
Create MSDS, PSSP and other HSE packages for Site Superintendents and Projects.
Maintain current HSE documents files for project use.
General Office Support:
Assist with the development of operating procedures, forms, and systems.
Implementation of policies and procedures.
Support for bid preparations as required.
Education, Experience and Knowledge Required
Minimum 1 year construction industry exposure / experience or project management.
Excellent analytical ability.
Understanding of project management concepts.
Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
Excellent time management skills.
Exceptional organization and communication skills to highlight projects risks or opportunities to PM.
Takes initiative and have good work ethic.
Ability to multitask; manage deadlines and maintain effectiveness to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work effectively with various computer software.
Strive for efficiency without sacrificing quality.
Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions.
Ability to manage all personality types.
