Project Analyst (Operations)

We are currently seeking a Project Analyst (Operations) to help us maximize our resources through effective project planning, scheduling and analysis.

Who You Are-

• Experienced in project planning and scheduling, preferably in construction setting
• Extremely detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workflow
• Expert level in Excel and other Microsoft tools
• Ability to analyze various data and prepare reports
• Understand contracts, project plans and drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous work experience in construction or manufacturing operations an asset

Duties/Responsibilities-

• Work closely with Operations team and field staff to create timetables for projects, forecasting the timing of labour and materials needed to complete each project
• Compile data for costing and time status on projects, making recommendations for staffing and adjustments in response to critical issues affecting projects timelines
• Using Excel and other software, input data, maintain the master schedule, report on project milestones, and prepare reports of key project performance metrics for effective management decisions
• Monitor building permits and internal checklists and bring forward issues and concerns regarding project deadlines and opportunities to improve
