Salary4 Walls Exterior Finishing is a one stop shop for exterior construction solutions based in Niverville. Serving clients from Manitoba, Western Ontario & Nunavut. Our services included building wrap/waterproofing, exterior insulation, acrylics, masonry, siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, metal roofing, Aluminum composite panel. The position of Project Coordinator is currently available.
This position will entail assisting the project manager with small to large commercial/industrial projects across provinces. This will include contract administration, working with clients, data entry & analysis, interpret drawings.
The successful candidate will possess sound interpersonal skills, a practical/technical mindset & willing to learn. Understanding of Microsoft Office will be required. Strong organization skills, methodical thinking, punctual & attention to detail are essential assets as well. Construction related knowledge is an asset but not required. Post secondary education in construction is an asset as well. Wage will vary based on the level of relevant education, experience & assets of the candidate.
