SalaryColin's Mechanical and Electrical Service is looking to add a Project Co-Ordinator to the team.
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, the desire to learn, and willingness to take on new tasks and make them their own. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and a self starter.
This position will be best suited to someone with a background in project management, property management and/or restoration administrative work. Working very closely with our current Office Staff you will become an important part of the team!
The major items that this role will be responsible for include but may not limited to:
- Assisting with scheduling ensuring follow up trips are scheduled
- Communication with customers regarding jobs, via phone email and various report preparation
- Communication with service technicians
- Reviewing field staff notes and handling the scheduling of follow up action as required
- Ordering Materials as needed
- Setting up Deliveries
- Ad hoc tasks as required
An understanding of general accounting concepts and experience with QuickBooks and the G-Suite would be considered an asset.
**Strong computer skills are a necessity to this position.**
