Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager – Technical Workstream for a long-term contract opportunity with a reputable integrated oil and natural gas company in Calgary, AB. In this pivotal role, you will join the Core Optimization Programs Technical Workstream, to provide overall project planning, management, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP implementations and coordinating a diverse team of technical resources responsible for the completion of security, integration, reporting and environment setup and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead complex transformation projects and/or business process/continuous improvement projects
· Collaborate and influence large stakeholder groups from various functions and business
· Carry out effective communication within the program and with key stakeholders
· Manage and motivate a diverse team composition
· Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support the business goals in collaboration with clients, teams and stakeholders
· Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using the programs tools and processes
· Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring corrective action is taken, when necessary, to improve project performance
· Effective risk management to resolve issues/conflicts that may arise within the project
· Track project achievements and results, ensuring corrective action is taken, when vital, to improve project performance
· Lead all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the project/program team direct and indirect reports to ensure project/program results are completed accurately, on time and to the required quality assurance standards
· Identify, document, track and communicate project/program risks/issues, and assist in resolution or mitigation
· Identify possible skill gaps within the team and implement ways for performance improvements
· Partner with the programs People Readiness team to design and implement the appropriate OCM/Business Readiness strategy/plan for the project
· Ensure projects are being delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Requirements and Qualifications:
· At least 10 years of progressive professional experience as a Project Manager or in a similar capacity
· Experience in business transformation projects and/or business process/continuous improvement projects
· Microsoft Office Suite skills are mandatory
· Organization and relationship-building skills are necessary
· Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience is an asset
· Highly effective communicator, confident, passionate, clear, respectfully assertive and inspiring
· Displays emotional intelligence, demonstrates self-awareness and remains calm under pressure, expresses confidence in the ability to succeed
· Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
