What You’ll Do
- Submit, organize, review, approve and maintain all project documentation
- Oversee and supervise the activities of each project including site scheduling, establishing goals and managing subcontractors
- Review project contract documents to identify errors and cost-saving ideas
- Prepare cost estimates, schedules and subcontract agreements
- Procure equipment and materials
- Provide mentorship to junior staff
- Review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Other project activities as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Water and wastewater construction or engineering experience is highly desirable
- Degree or diploma in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Effective leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
