This is a casual, part-time, temporary role from October 2023 to April 2024.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Clear and maintain walkways and outdoor staircases from snow and ice; sanding and salting where required.
- Complete snow and ice removal logs.
- Report any maintenance, snow, and ice control problems to the Residential Portfolio Manager.
- Complete routine building and vacant suite checks.
- Ensure building site cleanliness by picking up all garbage around the site.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Minimum one year of general labour experience.
- Must be able to lift to 15 lbs.
- Technologically savvy.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driver’s abstract.
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
- Must be able to supply your own CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
- Strong communication skills; offering professional and friendly service to our residents.
- Must be organized and be able to work independently.
