PTP Coordinator, Finance Shared Service - Osaka, Japan

NOTE: this position requires business level Japanese proficiency, or you will be automatically rejected.

In order to strengthen the structure of the Finance Shared Services Japan team, we are looking for a new team member based in Osaka.
We welcome applications from experienced accountants as well as those with no experience in the profession or industry. In addition to this, we also accept 2nd graduated people and graduated people (with no work experience) who wants to learn accounting from the scratch.

What you I be doing? 
As the Coordinator, Finance Shared Services - Osaka, Japan, you will be responsible for performing one of the following tasks to the highest standards:
・Payables for hotels
　Payables for each hotel.
　Perform daily work in accordance with Hilton's accounting policies
　Monthly closing of accounts

1. Graduated people (with no work experience)
Must

• Minimum Education: vocational school or university
• Language Proficiency: proficient in Japanese to meet business needs (e.g. - able to communicate and read/write Japanese documents without a dictionary)
• Experience in a part-time job (preferably in customer service industry).
• Interested in accounting and want to learn, and those who are interested in numbers.
• Able to use a computer and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred

• Studied accounting or business at a vocational school or university.
• Language proficiency: basic in English (e.g., able to read and understand emails as this position needs to use the system in English.)

2. 2nd Graduated

• 3 years of working experience.
• Language Proficiency: proficient in Japanese to meet business needs (e.g. - able to communicate and read/write Japanese documents without a dictionary) and basic in English (e.g., able to read and understand emails as this position needs to use the system in English.)
• Basic PC skills
• Able to use formulas in Microsoft Excel (to process calculation

3. Experienced
Must

• Language Proficiency: proficient in Japanese to meet business needs (e.g. - able to communicate and read/write Japanese documents without a dictionary) and basic in English (e.g., able to read and understand emails as this position needs to use the system in English.)
• 2 years' experience in accounting or hotel industry (e.g. front desk, restaurant)
• Able to use formulas in Microsoft Excel (to process calculation)
• Basic PC skills
• Bookkeeping Level 3 or equivalent knowledge

Preferred

• Language proficiency: intermediate level of English (e.g., able to read and understand business documents and speak at meetings to some extent)
• Bookkeeping level 2 or above
• Experience in Microsoft VBA and RPA.
