This role will be essential in assisting with purchasing of a variety of commercial components (for special projects. sales orders, inventory, shop).
- Purchasing support for office supplies, H&S supplies, fasteners, small tools
- Provide support in procurement for Mechanical and Electrical commercial parts purchasing team
- Sourcing commercial parts
- Entering PO’s in ERP system
- Expediting to ensure on-time deliveries
- Processing RFQ’s
- Process Reports – Weekly Production Report
- 2 – 3 years purchasing or similar office administration experience
- The ideal candidate will be a versatile self-starter with a strong work ethic together with proficiency in computer skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
