The Boarding Quality Control (QC) Specialist performs a variety of control checks in accordance with standard operating procedures with the goal of successfully onboarding a merchant payment processing account. The QC Specialist is responsible for reviewing, expediting, and conducting the setup of merchant accounts by making necessary corrections as required to ensure accuracy. Assists in mitigating risk through the comparison of information provided on the signed merchant documentation and the data captured in multiple internal systems. Operates within Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer policies to ensure merchants are properly screened.
