Quality Controller

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team. As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the production team to monitor and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Use various testing methods and equipment to assess product quality
- Identify any defects or deviations from specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
