If this sounds like you – we’d love to hear from you!
We are currently hiring an experienced Real Estate Assistant to support our busy and growing team. This new hire will be eventually working in our office located in Chetwynd, BC. This position is a high-functioning, multi-tasking role that will involve all aspects of Real Estate (i.e. Listing, Closing, Marketing, Administration, etc.)
Who We Are:
We are a small, top-producing, award-winning Real Estate team in the Chetwynd area! We hope to foster an environment that is friendly and collaborative. As a high producing team we are always looking to grow and improve our service to deliver the exceptional! With a mission in Real Estate and a passion for helping people, we truly enjoy helping families in their Real Estate journey to finding their dream home. It's not just about the sale, it's about building a lifelong relationship.
Who You Are:
You’ve worked in an office environment. Either in a licensed or unlicensed support role (ie. Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Deal Administrator, Listings Coordinator, Marketing Manager, Field Coordinator, Receptionist, etc.).
Your organizational skills are second to none. You’re constantly looking for new ways to innovate and improve efficiency in the workplace. You’re all about the small details.
You enjoy solving problems. You don’t get flustered easily. You are not afraid to ask questions and if need be, you’ll dig until you find solutions.
You like helping people. You are patient, level-headed and cool under pressure. You understand the importance of your role and how it affects a client’s whole Real Estate experience.
You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
You think on your feet. You like learning new things and you can learn quickly. You can change gears quickly when a fire needs to be put out, a client needs help or an opportunity arises.
You communicate clearly. You speak eloquently. You are not shy to identify an issue or demand accountability from your team.
You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You are going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.
What You Want:
To find your “forever” career. “Team” isn’t just a word we use, it’s everything. With us, you’ll thrive alongside a group of driven, like-minded professionals who are dedicated to helping you grow and succeed. For us Team = Family, and that means giving you unconditional support in reaching both your personal and professional goals. We want you to be a part of something bigger.
To work with real people. We’re great, but our clients are the absolute best. Together, our team will forge the kind of personal connections that turn buyers and sellers into raving fans.
To take on an exciting new challenge by organizing and coordinating our combined efforts via carefully-orchestrated sales, support, and marketing systems designed to deliver an unforgettable client experience. Whether you’ve worked in an office, in the field, or doing a little bit of everything, we want to leverage your unique skill set in new and engaging ways.
