We are seeking a PART TIME administrative assistant/client care coordinator for our office.
Monday Wednesday Friday 9-5 (some flexibility possible)
Along with being in charge of the Real Estate administration and marketing, the successful candidate will also support the property manager.

JOB DETAILS:
- Preparing and handling Real Estate paperwork
- Day to day office tasks
- Preparing marketing materials
- Answering phones
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to learn new programs
- 1+ years administrative experience
- Real Estate experience
If you have property management experience this is a BONUS!
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
