We are currently seeing a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
We are looking for our Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers. The successful candidate will be a courteous and organized individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service while always maintaining a professional demeanor.
This role plays a crucial part in creating a positive first impression of our firm and ensuring the smooth functioning of our front office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
3. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
4. Manage the meeting rooms and kitchen area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
5. Receive and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and packages, including couriers.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
7. Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate legal professionals.
8. Assist with basic administrative tasks to support the office’s day-to-day operations.
9. Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with legal terminology is an asset but not required.
- Respect for client confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Ability to learn quickly.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
