Receptionist

We are urgently seeking a part-time Receptionist at Massage on 194th in southeast Calgary.

Potential Candidates will be called between 9:00am-11:00am tomorrow, Saturday, March 30 for an interview that will be held on Monday, April 1, 2024. The start date for training will be April 2, 2024.

Shifts we need covered are Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday night 2:00pm – 9:30pm and every other Saturday 8:30am-3:30pm. Being flexible to pick up other day/night shifts or work more hours is an asset. Wage is $15.50 per hour. You will also receive a free one hour massage per month.

The candidate will be responsible for managing all receptionist duties, including but not limited to: Great client care, answering phone, booking appointments, taking payment, direct billing claims, filing, opening/closing the clinic and light cleaning.

A successful applicant would ideally have the following:

Strong English communication skills and neat and legible writing. Professional demeanor and tact to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided. A friendly disposition with polite telephone skills. Must be able to work well with others in a team atmosphere and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
